We believe that fostering effective learning strategies is fundamental to academic success and personal growth. By prioritizing this approach, using cognitive exercises we empower our students with the essential skills and tools they need to navigate challenges, ensuring a strong foundation for continuous learning and development throughout their educational journey and beyond
Assessments and Screeners
Recipients of the screener receive a detailed report with an overall EF score, as well as specific information and scores for the four EF subtypes, all presented in an easily accessible format. The evidence-based approach to symptomology and sub-skills ensures that the results provide an accurate representation of a student's executive functioning abilities.
Beyond identifying each student's unique ways of processing, the SPI provides actionable teaching recommendations. This includes lesson and assignment suggestions, as well as training on the 12 ways of processing. The SPI was expanded into a comprehensive digital tool in 2023 to accommodate the growing requests of educators, parents, and professionals seeking to unlock the full potential of every learner.
Even struggling readers have some knowledge of the foundation of reading, therefore it is important to evaluate their present knowledge and establish a baseline. Once a student's knowledge and areas of weaknesses are determined, a proper remedial plan can be established. The CDS offers 27 subtests, and is able to identify which type of Dyslexia the student is struggling with.
